      Pros

      Great pay. Very simple hierarchy for such a large company. Ton of autonomy. Ideal for any disciplined worker.

      Cons

      I mostly work alone all year and rarely get to meet my coworkers. I do meet a lot of people from other companies.

      Bad management, company lost its way. 7 years ago was the best companyni had ever worked for . Company started hiring from outside and legacy of thr company was lost.
