      Pros

      Tennant has one of the best company cultures - they value employees and everyone is happy to help each other. The CEO gives regular company-wide updates and leadership does a good job of keeping employees informed on the business.

      Cons

      Benefits are average and there has been decent turnover due to employees working with limited resources while performance requirements continue increasing - heard from many employees that left the company that they were offered a similar role with significantly higher pay.

      Bad management, company lost its way. 7 years ago was the best companyni had ever worked for . Company started hiring from outside and legacy of thr company was lost.
