      Overall they do not appreciate anything! The guys in charge think they are smart but are dumb af ! did not get payed for my accident 3 years ago and they try to blame accidents on employees

      Pros

      Not much , everything is negative except the paycheck.

      Cons

      Boss drinks on the job, others smoke pot on their breaks. OSHA meetings are a joke, safety is not their priority. No paid time off for sick days. No pay raises in 18 months.
