Stay away - Residential Care Giver Tender Reflections Employee Review

This company only cares about the bottom dollar. They have staff that treat the residents with horrible disrespect and have been told about it several times and still do nothing to solve the issue. The building does not follow state guidelines and because of this it is an unsafe place for any resident. They have beds pushed up against plugs in the wall, they mix dirty soiled sheets with residents clothing in the wash. Then they put clean laundry back into the dirty laundry bins. The residents will urinate on furniture and it is left to dry without cleaning it. Residents are left in soiled depends at night. Residents are belittled when they soil their underwear. They consistently run out of supplies such as wipes, toilet paper, cleaners, and basic medical supplies. Residents are showered and changed in front of other residents. Medication passers often pass two or more residents medications at the same time. These are just some things off the top of my head. This particular facility also has a director with close friends and family working together. This makes working conditions very hard for people not in the “group”. I personally have been threatened with a lawsuit for writing anything negative about the company on any social media. I am speaking out for the residents there who cannot speak for themselves.
