I enjoyed working with this company once they opened back up, the staff was friendly and showed their love for the kids on a daily basis (it was like it came naturally). The director and asst director seemed to not only care about the kids but to us (employees) as well.

the only con I would say is that they should enforce a uniform policy. I think it looks more professional and the kids can know the difference between staff and parents.
