Literally everything else. Hours of operation are ridiculous for a dentist office (opening shifts start at 6:30a and closing shifts end at 8:30p), extremely high turnover rate for all positions (doctors, DAs, hygienists, reception, management) and at all levels, including HR and corporate, certain employees get favoritism/preferential treatment and are excused for terminable offenses while other people are fired on the spot for the same things (there’s supposed to be a “point system” but it is very rarely enforced), lack of communication and transparency between management and the studio, and the list goes on. And that’s only operational. Don’t get me started on how terrible the company is at providing care to patients. “Doing dental differently” is a scam. This company is run like a Medicaid office, just much more aesthetically pleasing. I wholeheartedly agree with the previous reviews that say the company is all about numbers. They truly do not care about employees or patients alike.
