      Pros

      This department had direction a year ago. We worked as a team then, and knew our peers and boss on a personal level, easily approachable with any concerns.

      Cons

      Some management/ office personnel lack basic field knowledge but will review your reports or you personally without fully understanding a situation because they are still learning the names of the tools on the rig.

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
