      Close to home. Decent hours and schedule

      Cons

      Revolving Door. No Growth in the company. Facility is old and outdated equipment for employee use. salaries are low. no benefits. Very big divide between senior employees and others.

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
