      1. The company invests a lot in the development of the young talent 2. A diverse multicultural community 3. Lots of career opportunities and international experiences

      Lack of work life balance, the company is usually limited on resources in different functions which leads to very long working hours Decisions are sometimes not very transparent Regular rotations can cause instability to someone who is not flexible

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
