      Great experience with many opportunities to immerse yourself into the company. Most employees take their jobs seriously, and are willing to teach others.

      Cons

      Company survives on a culture of employees having little to no work/life balance. While the hard work and dedication is recognized, employees who seek to put in 8-9 hour days will feel out of place.

      Room for growth, great culture, plenty of opportunities to learn, and investment in its employees.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours at time above 40, can be a lot to learn, higher expectations than other companies, and hard to seperate work and life at times.
