      Pros

      The main ethos of the company is to nurture its people, and therefore they value who you are over what you know. Coming into the Academy was the best decision I have ever made. I learnt so much during the Academy and felt fully equipped at the end to start tackling projects, with the knowledge that you will always have support from senior members of the company if and when you need it.

      Cons

      Being a consultancy, the people are quite spread out around the country, so sometimes it can be hard to keep connected with everyone.
