Encouraged to learn and develop as much as possible to preparation to visit clients. - Everyone is friendly and passionate about testing - you can approach anyone and ask anything, your always directed to the right person to answer your question! - Monthly company update and a good sense of engagement from the senior managers making you feel like a valued employee. - Pay is good and seeing there is now a new CEO things seem to only be getting better - I feel listened to - have an interest in Automation and within the first few days was told about an internal course to help develop me in this area. - Honesty from the CEO and seniors about the company outlook - nothing is sugar coated and no false promises are made. - Amazing company perks. - Lot's of promotion opportunities - twice a year in fact! Based on what you have done and not necessarily just when a position needs to be back filled.
