Pros

Working here will make you a better project manager, no doubt, because you will constantly be multitasking with several different tasks. I can see that being an account manager isn't for everyone. If you're lazy, or have no clue about online marketing, it's not a good fit. But if you're motivated to learn, you're good with time management and task management, and you can balance an above- average workload, you'll love it here. I manage a number of clients, and I actually enjoy coming to work everyday. The office environment is awesome. Management is always receptive to questions, etc. Also we are in one of the nicest office buildings in Boca with a fantastic view.

Cons

Some of the software we use is a little antiquated, but management is totally open to change. In fact, they encourage us to find better solutions and we then explore them together. Nothing is set in stone. Also, if you're not good at managing your time, your workload can get pretty heavy. It's all about how you prioritize and manage your day.

A great place to work with a healthy mix of challenges and opportunities. The company fosters a culture of openness—every idea is welcomed and considered. There’s a strong emphasis on learning and professional growth, and the team is genuinely supportive, warm, and collaborative. It’s an environment where you can truly thrive.

Cons

One area for improvement could be the number of meetings so as not to impact deep work time.
