      Great amount of paid time off 80 hours of vacation 40 hours of Floating holiday (Same thing as vacation) 56 hours of sick time

      Cons

      They reduce your commissions based on hitting goal. I can sell 20 beds and get half that amount because the store is slow.

      Decent pay for retail potential to make commission

      Cons

      Very corporate culture. You’re only as good as your last sale. There is a lack of good culture and if you are at a slow location you could spend your life being bored. I only see 3-5 customers a week that are half serious about buying a bed
