Tempo is going through the next chapter of its evolution and yes - I agree - the transformation has been intense for all of us. And so, our connection to each other is what makes Tempo all that it is! Not only great products but more importantly, amazing people. This is why we've created our open door policy with all leaders, an eNPS survey sent out on a monthly basis, a quarterly employee engagement survey, collaborative initiatives stemming out of the surveys and so much more to consistently keep the communication lines open.
