      Pros

      Lots of remodeling going on to old buildings.

      Cons

      Little to NO administrative support (rude and arrogant), large class sizes, unruly students, little to NO parent support for the district. I taught on four different campuses over a 12-year period. I was very happy to get out of there.

      The whole team is very busy and doesn't get a lot of time to meet for collaboration

      District is always putting more and more on you to do as if teaching itself isn’t already a full time job
