Horrible attitudes A "Mr. PHILLIPS" left the school in a horrible mess. He mismanaged funds, fired those who knew his secrets, and ruled by fear. Phillips promoted employees who were not qualified, did not have credentials, paid them $$$$ that were not in line with their experience or with their degrees, and then ran away when his secrets were released. The Board of Trustees are not aware of everything because emails were re-routed to the CEO. Phillips and this school has at least 4 documented court cases against them.
