500+ Emails per day Was no system in place to handle emails Only 4 people on a team Eating at desk cant go to lunch to many non stop emails

- Hours are good for the industry

- No communication from the top down - Proper training was never provided - Absolutely no HR department, they claim this streamlines the business but in reality if you have an issue you will be ignored - Zero feedback from managers as they claim they are constantly busy and between calls - Pay is not as good as similar roles at other companies - High turnover of analysts
