Pros
Very few, if any, pros to being employed at Telmetrics other than making money to pay bills. Most people seem reasonably clean. Some people dress business-casual, others dress like slobs.
Cons
Too many to mention comprehensively Really awful culture - based on misguided notion of "being effective and getting results" Mostly just scurrying around from one screw-up to the next and doing a crummy job of everything. HR is a joke. On-boarding of new employees is dismal and a real wake-up call regarding the type of org new hires have joined. HR talks a really good game - but it is only talk. Most of the time, HR isn't even in the office. Senior Leadership is pathetic. Not leadership, per se. More like the captain and bridge crew of a sinking ship. Cheerful in the face of impending disaster. Stiff upper lip and all that. Org keeps moving from one location to the next - each more generic and soul-sucking than the last. Expect next move to be to a cardboard box under an overpass. Or maybe a shanty town. Friday afternoon all-hands meetings are embarrassing. Employees realize how little is going on, how few successes there have been. How unbalanced the Talk/Action Ratio is.
