Pros

They pay 100% of my health insurance policy, which is a great policy...for now. They're flexible with your hours and to a little bit bigger small attempt at work-life balance.

Cons

There literally are people working at McDonald's that are making more than I am. I am the ONLY employee held to the standards in the Employee Handbook, as well as a multitude of other double standards. Plus, they're an ethical and legal nightmare between employment laws and regulations, to taxes, to H-1B visa regulations and requirements. Plus they watch you on a 24/7 webcam and I know for a fact, they will implement a spy to report every tiny possible thing you could've done wrong, and then get chewed out about it. They micromanage like it's their sole purpose in life!!! They have a weird way of making you feel comfortable, but not at the same time, and in my case, I feel trapped in this specific company and position because I NEED the health benefits, they do little things to check the box or toss you a bone once or twice a year but not the major things like treat you with the same regard as they do for all of their other employees, or pay you what you're actually worth and not try to manipulate you with blatant and written in stone for a long time laws that they've re-defined according to suit their specific needs and walk away thinking they've just saved a whole lot of money, and go out of their way a lot to avoid putting anything remotely "damaging" in writing at all, period. Plus, there's no vision or dental or life or disability or disability leave at ALL!! Oh, and their a walking Equal Employment Opportunity violation like crazy, and they discriminate like crazy. I'm literally the only American/Citizen that works for the company. The company goes out of their way to spend thousands upon thousands of dollars to hire and keep potential H-1B Visa employees when there's not even work for them to do, yet they still get paid what the H-1B visa terms stipulate, yet I work my rear-end off while the others don't even come into work and I only make $10.00/hour!!!!
