- Small company so it's easy to communicate with colleagues - No strict office dress code - Simple, slightly more relaxed working culture - Opportunities to hire and work with freelance writers - Works closely with our office in the Philippines
Cons
- Boss isn't in office most of the time so he mostly gets work updates from higher-ups/the managers - Boss has rather high expectations regarding the SEO standards of our articles and websites and is very strict if you fail to meet them - Workload can get quite demanding, more likely to work overtime
