      Pros

      Great team members to help you get through daily tasks. Everybody was willing to help if you needed assistance with a project.

      Cons

      Management was lacking and aggressive. Promoted people into management positions without the proper training on how to lead and that caused friction with team and a lot micromanagement.

      Engaged and super smart CEO Great degree of professional autonomy Good pay Just about everyone works hard and really cares about the company’s success

      Some siloed territoriality from “the way it has always been done” Limited training resources to get new people up to speed in an organized or consistent fashion
