      Pros

      Pay was not so bad.

      Cons

      Nightmare, aprox. 25 coworkers and me were fired around 3 months later due to head count reduction. Many quited their last jobs and came from other country. No job safety, the whole company organization is now a mess after Samsung bought it.

      Pros

      I recently joined TWS and it has been such a positive experience. The team is welcoming, collaborative, and truly supportive. Everyone works hard, shows up for each other, and it really feels like a place where you can grow and contribute.

      Cons

      A few processes are still being worked out, but they ARE being worked out and that's most important!
