good people but limited pay and opps - Marketing Specialist Teletext Employee Review

Very limited opportunities to advance. No annual pay review. Stuck on the same money for years. Means you are forced to risk asking for one which often annoys management even though you were expected to take on more and more roles. Example being laying off secondary brands entire team and TT staff taking on their roles with no reward - unless you are a director of course. really not fair which is why I left - replaced by someone else who was employed for more salary than I was on!
