Pros

Benefits come from Comcast so they are great + 4 tickets a year to Universal Studios

Cons

Management is a huge click. They all know each other from somewhere and outsiders barely make the cut to Telemundo. The 2 top executives at the station group control ALL the decision making at every station even though each station has its own GM and ND. That means: 1) Any promotion has to be pre-approved from one of the 2 top executives 2) Promotions and employment considerations are NOT based on merit. They don't pay attention to experience or in the news department's case, education and expertise. They say they require news folks to have journalism degrees or related field, but at least in my station only 4 out 11 are actual journalists (and only 1 of the anchors is an actual journalist) Keep in mind anchors get paid more money 3)Salaries are not competitive in the local markets. They're actually about 30% lower than other local stations (unless you're part of the click and get a contract)
