Pros
Good people in here. Everyone is nice and treat each other like a family.
Cons
The main problem is that the layoff effort was done based on money on paper, not really based on actual evaluation of the necessity of that role. Key employees were laid off and left big holes in the process, and they expect the remainders to fill the holes without instructions. My division was cut after merging and acquisition to just a few people left. Whoever survived just feel burning out.

Pros
Lots of great colleagues to work with.
Cons
There is a constantly evolving door of employees coming and going at Telementum. It is a holding company and as is the nature of a company that acquires other companies, layoffs are common and the turnover rate is high. Employees are constantly fearful of what comes next. There have been no raises in years, so what you come in with is likely what you'll stay with until you leave. The company is not doing well and it shows. Benefits are not great.
