It's unfortunate that we couldn't address your concerns while you were working with us. We are sorry to have let you down. As an organization wide initiative we have incorporated new processes that will help employees give feedback about their managers in transparent manner via 360 feedback mechanism. We are taking into account not just the competencies but their skills to manage people, behavior etc As for the valid concerns regarding the delays in salary, we are happy to report that we are in the middle of solving the problem. Moving forward starting FY 21-22, we are optimistic that we would have come a full circle and be back on our growth trajectory.
