Pros
Fantastic talented people, comprehensive benefit package provided at low (comparably) employee cost, excellent 401K program; competitive salaries, exposure to Kaizen principles through the Danaher Business System (DBS).
Cons
The requirement is that you become so bogged down in paperwork-- documenting what you do at each step of your day in a way that makes it difficult to get anything measurable done, which exasperatingly from a management perspective reflects failure of the staff, not the systems. Too much conflicting directive from the various management teams and department create confusion across the board. Lack of consistency and continuous staff turnover makes it hard to feel stable and committed.
