Pros
Overall good direction from management. Strong focus on innovation and developing unique products. A lot of tribal knowledge from veterans that have been with the company for a long time provide good insights.
Cons
Difficult to work up the ladder. Management tends to not move forward with decisions even though facts support otherwise. Highly technical product that can be difficult to understand.
