      None, this is a scam.

      Cons

      This is absolutely a scam. I went ahead and paid the deposit and went through the training. Which was mediocre, but they did provide the training. When it came down to actually placing me in projects, setting up interviews, or any kind of effort I didn't even get a single interview or got placed in any hands on projects. To make it even better they asked me for a $1000 payment to get an interview. My advice is don't make the mistake I made.

      Pros

      This company really values people - employees and clients. It's important to leadership that employees have healthy relationships and work/life balance. Everyone at the company is friendly and very talented. There are lots of opportunities to try new things and grow.

      Cons

      Can seem a little unstable at times due to the company trying to grow while most of the leadership doesn't have experience working in larger organizations. The company is still trying to transition from a start-up mentality to a mature organization.
