Change can most definitely be a constant at startups, and it’s something that has been rather familiar to Teikametrics. To help manage change, we have increased clear and transparent communication from leadership, inter and intra-team and feedback loops up/down and across the organization.
Since expanding our Global People Team this past year (I started in May!), we have worked to better understand our employee needs and meet those needs introducing engagement surveys, new programs, benefits, cross-functional committees, evolved performance feedback / system, etc. We have also done an audit of our benefits, pay, etc which informs us on how we’re doing competitively and how we can stay competitive. We have already rolled some of those changes out and will continue to in 2021 and beyond
Your advice to management rings true. Our employees are our most valuable assets, and it is our goal is to take care of the team, so we can not only maximize the potential of all our sellers, but of course our people. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts about Teikametrics, we wish you the best in your career.
