You will have depression and trauma. The CEO will ask you to do things that are not part of your Job description. Then. instead of getting a reward for having good result, you will get scoldings and a lot of curse words coz he doesnt care to anything that you have done. Your manager will not even protect or defend you, instead, will also bully you. The other partners or the project manager will also do the same. They will only protect themselve and they want the DA to take all the blame for their short comings. You will never know how much is your salary at the end of the month. You get a lot of deductions. BASIC SALARY is NONSENSE. They dont know how to compensate their employees. No benefits, nothing.
