      Work like a dog More grunt work than tours If you are multi lingual you do not receive a higher wage despite having to do more tours Profit before people Management are clueless Rude and belligerent tourists are treated better than belittled employees

      Pros

      Very well run, management professional and treat workers well. Just make sure that if you're a tour guide to ask for reviews off customers as that seems to be how management track your performance. Good hours, rarely late nights. Customers all on their holidays so not too annoying. Can make serious money in tips on top of a reasonable hourly.

      Cons

      Some work place drama but that comes with the territory.
