Good Company, Bad Place for an Internship - Software Engineer(Internship) Tedmob Employee Review

Good experience since I learned to use new technologies

They offered me to do an unpaid internship for a month then we can discuss salary. I worked an additional 3 weeks with no pay, and they kept delaying my advances to do a 1:1. The HR had the audacity to tell me that I can continue working here for free just for the experience. I finished the project ( for a large organization) then they refused to pay me for the 3 weeks that I did unpaid worked and how I should take the “experience” as pay. Keep in mind that even if I wasn’t hired, that wasn’t the issue but the lack of professionalism was. the CEO called me unprofessional and also bragged how he had someone work for 5 months for him unpaid. I told him to pay me and they handed me just a couple of 100 bills for building them a fully functional website. Glad I got out of that mess.
