I don't remember any pros of this place. Yes they basically give you Birthday Leave, that is all.

Too much office politics, too much micromanagement. No work life balance, no Work from Home, even if flood comes. You can't be late even a minute or leave early even a minute else get ready to get your salary cut. Basically it is a Family run startup, so all the management lies with them. Too much strictness for the employees and none for the employer, they come and go any time they want. No professionalism, no ethics, no culture.

1. The work environment is generally positive, and colleagues are cooperative. 2. Opportunities to learn and grow, especially for freshers. 3. Decent work-life balance depends on the team you are in. 4. Exposure to modern technologies and projects.

1. Management can be more transparent with employees regarding company decisions. 2. Salary and benefits could be more competitive compared to industry standards. 3. Some processes feel unstructured, leading to occasional inefficiencies. 4. Career growth opportunities might be limited in certain roles.
