Poor work life balance, very little consistency with full time employment and leadership does not plan properly. Pay discrepancies are vast and there is very little communication as to why. HQ leadership makes decisions without consulting the retail fleet. Very little growth opportunities if you are not in the “In-group”. The company preaches internal growth but stops developing talent.
