Pros

Tecovas legitimately cares about their employees, which can be a rare find. They send flowers when their employees are grieving and they're very flexible (when it's truly needed) with your scheduling needs. They take training seriously and make sure that you're comfortable before you start helping customers.

Cons

At the time, they solely offered part-time roles for Customer Experience Associates without a path to full-time employment which comes with benefits.
