I feel very heard as an employee of Tecolote. It's a unique place in the sense that you truly feel as though your colleagues and supervisors are there to support you and see you grow.
Cons
There are somewhat limited opportunities for growth when compared to larger companies, however, Tecolote generally takes care of their employees.
