Pros
Shining is relatively easy, as the majority of the staff are engineers, but novices in management.
Possibility to travel abroad with some projects.
Good place if you like a monotonous job and a relaxed atmosphere for your last years of professional career.
Cons
Boring job. Hundreds of 5-year university workers downgraded acomplishing same tasks for 20-25-30 years that could be better done by maintenance technicians with a real practical background.
Absolutely any career development.
Company market decreasing year by year. Lots of projects and announcements, but no real search of new markets.
Atmosphere of excesive relax. Curious unknowledge in workers from their colleagues work. Heavy overload for good workers, increasing hugely in recent times, and no action with non productive ones.
Salary conditions are simply ridiculous:
- Fixed salary too far away from market standards. Neither seniority nor increments in years, even if the worker performs excellent.
- Annual bonus is just about 1% of gross annual pay for the majority of the staff, and it keeps constant, even if they perform well or not.
