A lot of staff are hired due to them having personal relationships with management, saw one member of management selling shoes during his shift time with no consequence because of his position and relationship with the MD.
Management openly talk about people in the office based on their appearance. I’ve even seen some members also discriminate staff for this.
Staff are treated like children, yet the MD will come into the office and roll around on the floor.
If senior members of the team don’t like you personally (not based on your work) you’ll be bullied out.
Male dominated environment, often leads for ‘locker room’ discussions.
Previous members of staff are still badly affected by their awful treatment at this company.
