Cons
Leadership upheaval, leadership without any care or consideration about actual people or employees or the culture. A total ship hitting an iceberg with an environment turned game theory-meets-Nash Equilibrium-meets- game politics. You knew you were being bled out before you were to be dismissed at any moment.
