Projects : No major clients, ever since they lost their big clients, they are struggling to find new clients and projects. Sales team : They are terrible, the projects they bring are bogus. They have employees of certain skillset and ALWAYS get projects that are outside employee skillset, they expect you to work on the these projects as CONSULTANTS. Financials : Company is in bad shape and is not in a position to keep people. They have been cutting down on people every Friday. Org Structure : Ever since they hired the new CEO, they have been too many changes in company and lot of layoffs. Paid-Offs : It is totally misleading. They will say unlimited time-off, but your bonus will be dependent on your working hours. The moment they see <40 hrs/week, they will start questioning you.
