      Pros

      Fun to work with, other employees are friendly. Company owner is very kind and actually listens to feedback, more often times, asks for feedbacks generally about anything. Work life balance, and one of the companies that actually treat their employees as families.

      Cons

      Some people may experience lack of growth after some time.
