Pros
It can feel great knowing that you are making a difference in the lives of the people of Afghanistan. You can see the deference Ti made when you visit Kabul and Afghanistan other provinces. Salaries were compatible with other international organizations in Kabul.
Cons
I do not see any downside. Friendly atmosphere, communication and hardworking always appreciated.
