No pros at all… none

Focus more on enforcing rules that have zero affect on getting more work done. More focused on petty reports from petty staff such as how often you go toilet…(get a grip). Health and safety risk is very high due to the mess and team leaders don’t care. If a fire was to break out then wave goodbye. Management does not care about the happiness of the staff at all. You want good, fast and effective workers then boost there moral instead of making them feel like they are coming to prison. Massively over worked and underpaid. Personally I think management lack training. If you hate yourself then definitely work at technolog

You get a works van which you can use for personal use.

Management are arrogant No communication within the company If your manager doesn't like you they will bully you out the job. Don't provide the correct PPE. Expect high results for ever so slightly above minimum wage There's not a training pipe line No room for growth from within the business
