Focus more on enforcing rules that have zero affect on getting more work done. More focused on petty reports from petty staff such as how often you go toilet…(get a grip). Health and safety risk is very high due to the mess and team leaders don’t care. If a fire was to break out then wave goodbye. Management does not care about the happiness of the staff at all. You want good, fast and effective workers then boost there moral instead of making them feel like they are coming to prison. Massively over worked and underpaid.
