WORST WORKPLACE EVER - Anonymous employee Technogym Employee Review

They use really old system which takes months to learn even for a IT savvy person. Favouritism & nepotism. You're never appreciated rather the management wants more & more. They claim to be a " Wellness Company " in reality they're no where near it. There's no work life balance. Staff members talk behind each other's back. If you're NOT that kind of person, this place makes you to say and do things which you'd not do usually. My self esteem and confidence is completely destroyed because of this ugly culture. Seeking a mental health professional now. This is the worst company I've ever worked in past 20 years.
