Pros

flexible hours and a variety of interesting projects. Opportunity to work remotely.

Cons

pay is often late or missing The CEO gets angry when employees give in their notice to leave and badmouths them to other employees Employees have been mocked and there are many jokes made about sexual orientation (i.e. claiming that certain employees are gay and mocking them about it) The management are incompetent and completely lacking in basic IT knowledge. Most of them seem to have gotten their positions because they are friends with the CEO rather than based on experience or ability. One of the web development managers did not know even basic HTML (e.g. how to add an image or a link to a page). Overall this company treats developers like they are second class citizens in comparison to managers. Basic things such as stationary, adjustable chairs or adequate desk space were often missing. Managers have shouted at developers and called them up during annual leave and weekends and ordered them to work at these times without any notice. This is a very dehumanizing environment.

Pros

- Supportive team - Fast-growing company - Good salary

Cons

- You have to be good to get in! I've worked here for ages. Definitely not a dehumanizing environment. They've grown really quickly because they value developers. For enterprise Drupal experts, this company is a really good career choice. The work is interesting and you learn heaps, the other devs are really supportive and share constantly. And they've got a name in the industry so it will look good on your resume. Managers aren't incompetent (no, they're not all ex developers). They don't shout at developers or make them work on leave. I've never heard any jokes about sexual orientation. Pay was late in the early days when they were still a startup, but they're not a startup any more. They even have adjustable chairs! Before deciding based on the previous review, look up any of the existing employees and ask them off-the-record.
