Good Pay, Good Benefits, HR Easily accessible, Very good training if your manager allows,
Cons
Too much of discrimination within employees, Some employees gets better treated than others, Onshore Dept. Managers are puppet to Engineering Vice President. None of the managers have any powers. All the decisions are made by the Engineering Vice President. HR also knows that there are some of the horrible onshore managers but unfortunately they don't take any action.
