Variety of work, good team of colleagues, large and varied projects, good renumeration package, approachable and visible leadership.
Cons
Career progression can be stunted and is very much dependent on someone leaving the organisation or being promoted to create a vacancy. Organisation is still getting to grips with the merger with FMC which has created inefficiency and lack of clarity on reporting lines and the function of some support departments.
