Pros
Can't think of any good things about this company
Cons
The merger should never be called a "merger" - it's essentially a "buyover" by Technip. With 2 votes to 1 vote (Technip against FMC), guess who has the last say in deciding things? Office politics and power struggles are everywhere in the organization - from top to bottom. Some teams have it really bad, and employees go to lengths to sabotage the efforts of other team members in order to ensure their own success/survival. Good employees leave all of a sudden, and the ones who skive the most stick around the longest and gets bumped up the organization. HR turns a blind eye to misconduct and disciplinary issues - Management sweeps all of these under the carpet (successfully! Wow!) and forces the team to move on despite all the mishaps that has been happening.
